• SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />November 6, 2000 1308 County-City Building <br />1:30 p.m. 227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The November 6,2000 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />1:35 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger; Recording Secretary <br />Legal Counsel Ms. Cheryl Greene <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />• a. Approval of the Minutes of the November 6, 2000 meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, seconded by Jose Alvarez, and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />of November 6, 2000. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. .Authority approval requested for Resolution No.143 authorizing the <br />Redevelopment Authority to hold liquor, beer and wine retailer's permits. <br />Ms. Cheryl Greene said that due to an oversight, the Redevelopment <br />Commission's resolution to transfer the liquor license to the Authority did not. get <br />on their November 3, 2000 agenda. There will be special meeting November 9, <br />2000 to adopt that resolution. The Authority is being asked to approve Resolution <br />No.143 subject to the action of the Redevelopment Commission. The <br />Redevelopment Commission will transfer the Blackthorn Golf Course liquor <br />license to the Redevelopment Authority. The other license is a new one for the <br />Morris Performing Arts Center, which the, Authority will hold. <br />Mr. Alvarez asked if each time a new license is required will the Authority be the <br />• H:\WPDATAWUTHORTY\110600.min.wpd <br />
