There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Matthew Kahn, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann E. Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Matthew Kahn, and unanimously carried, <br />• the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 20, 1999. <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Claim submitted for approval on November 1, 1999 <br />College Football Hall of Fame Revenue Bonds of 1994 <br />Letter of Credit Fee <br />Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen <br />Letter of Credit No. HLG28773, 10/30/99 - 1/30/00 $20,893.56 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Matthew Kahn, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the claim submitted November 1, 1999. <br />4. OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. Alvarez asked if Norwest Bank had sent a letter in response to our request that they <br />state that their investments are in accordance with the Trust Agreement.
