The revised <br /> ordinance makes several key updates to this section, including moving the fees to a fee schedule, <br /> adopting fees for review and redaction of law enforcement recordings, prohibiting use of certain <br /> records for commercial purposes,and clarifying the handling of fees for record certification. <br /> I respectfully request that this ordinance be placed on the Council agenda for first reading at <br /> your July 14,2025 meeting,and be scheduled for public hearing,second,and third reading at the July <br /> 28, 2025 meeting.
