<br />• <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />August 3, 1998 1308 County-City Building <br />1:30 p.m. 227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The August 3, 1998 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />1:32 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Matthew Kahn <br />• <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer suggested that on paragraph C, page 2 of the July 13, 1998 minutes <br />where it states "this action assures that nothing will be built on the 20' area on the north <br />side of the CCA building" should add that this creates the 20' setback. <br />Upon a motion by Matthew Kahn, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 13, .1998 with <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer's suggested revision. <br />3. New Business <br />a. Approval of Plat for Blackthorn Corporate Park, Minor # 8. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has accepted a <br />proposal from Shamrock Development to build a 10,000 square foot, two story <br />building in the Blackthorn Development Area. The Authority is being asked to <br />approve the replatting of the land for the lot. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Plat for Blackthorn Corporate Park, Minor # 8. <br />n <br />U <br />4.
