Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The January 10, 1996, Annual Organizational Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was <br />called to order at 3:40 p.m. by its President, .Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum <br />present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Members Absent: Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Ms. Joelle K. Webb, Recording Secretary <br />Others: Ms. Loretta. Duda, City Clerk <br />2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />Ms. Loretta Duda, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following <br />Authority members: Joseph W. Wroblewski and Andre Gammage. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, conducted the Election of Officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Gammage nominated Joseph Wroblewski to serve as President of the <br />Redevelopment Authority. Mr. Wroblewski seconded the nomination. There were no <br />additional nominations. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Wroblewski was elected <br />President for 1996. <br />• -1- <br />
