Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The July 28, 1995 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />3:53 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: <br />Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre B. Gammage, Vice-President <br />Members Absent: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Mr. James Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Riggs explained that the law related to Redevelopment Authorities allows for an <br />office of Assistant Secretary Treasurer. We have not elected an Assistant Secretary- <br />Treasurer in the past, but would like to do so at this time because the present <br />Secretary Treasurer is unavailable for extended periods of time due to an illness. <br />Mr. Riggs assumed the Chair for the Election of Officers and opened nominations. <br />Mr. Wroblewski nominated Mr. Andre Gammage to serve as Assistant Secretary- <br />Treasurer of the Redevelopment Authority. There were no other nominations. <br />Mr. Riggs closed nominations and called for a vote. The vote being unanimous, Mr. <br />Gammage was elected Assistant Secretary Treasurer for the remainder of 1995. <br />Mr. Riggs closed the Election of Officers and Mr. Wroblewski resumed the Chair of <br />the meeting. <br />• -1- <br />
