Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />The January 3, 1995, Annual Organizational Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was <br />called to order at 4:40 p.m. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum <br />present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Ms. Mary O. Ferlic, Secretary <br />Members Absent: Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President <br />Legal Counsel: Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier, Chief Deputy City Attorney <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />Others: Ms. Joanne Harper, Chief Deputy City Clerk <br />2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />Ms. Joanne Harper, Chief Deputy City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the <br />following Authority members: Joseph W. Wroblewski and Mary O. Ferlic. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Manier, Chief Deputy City Attorney, conducted the Election of Officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Ms. Ferlic nominated Joseph Wroblewski to serve as President of the Redevelopment <br />Authority. Mr. Wroblewski seconded the nomination. There were no additional <br />nominations. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Wroblewski was elected President for <br />1995. <br />-1- <br />
