East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, then the <br />authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Resolution No. 3620 adopting 2025 Annual Spending and providing RDC staff authority to <br />update the plan as necessary <br />SPECIFICS: Under IC 36-7-14-12.7, the RDC is required to file by December 1 an annual spending plan for the <br />upcoming calendar year with the Department of Local Government Finance, Office of the Mayor, and the <br />Common Council.
