NEW BUSINESS <br />a . Authority a~roval requested for Resolution No 73 apps clecl.aration of Protective <br />and Restrictive Covenants of the Blackthorn Corporate Center and Blackthorn Corporate <br />Center Development Guidelines. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Authority awns the land around Blackthorn Golf Course <br />and has leased it to the Redevelog~alt Cormission.
