East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's deter on of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, then the <br />authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF RE LIEST: The request is for $750,000.00 for construction work to re -grade and re -pave Gintz Dr <br />from Colfax to Seitz Park as well as re -build the parking lot for Stephenson Mills. <br />SPECIFICS: Gintz Dr, which is between the Cascades property development and the Stephenson Mill Apartments, <br />is in very poor repair and needs to be re -paved. The grades of the drive are also problematic with how it interacts <br />with the adjacent properties. The City has worked with a design consultant and the two property owners to <br />come to a solution that works for everyone. Completion of this project will adjust the grades of the drive to work <br />better with both sides.
