( 8 (z) <br />SOU Tp aR <br />Department of <br />Community Investment <br />1865 <br />Memorandum <br />April 22, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission Members (� <br />FROM: Chris Dressel, Community Investment Planner C9 <br />SUBJECT: Request for Permission to Rezone Lots 4P, 4Q. and 4R from "LI" Light <br />Industrial to "0" Office <br />On behalf of Cressy and Everett, staff is requesting approval by the Redevelopment Commission to <br />file a rezoning with the Area Plan Commission for Lots 4P, 4Q, and 4R of the Park Minor Sub. The <br />rezoning request includes a change in use from "LI" Light Industrial to "0" Office. Please see the <br />enclosed map for details, <br />Per Article 3.5 of the Blackthorn Corporate Park Declaration of Protective Covenants and <br />Restrictions, owners of more than 5% of the corporate park must seek authorization from the <br />Redevelopment Commission before proceeding with the property rezoning process. As a courtesy, <br />the Board of Directors of the Blackthorn Owners Association has been notified of this action. <br />This is being initiated per request from Cressy and Everett, listing agent/brokers who have an option <br />agreement with the Commission. The new zoning allows for: <br />1. Consistency with the assigned use designation of Support Office /Research for the lots in <br />question within the Corporate Park Covenants & Restrictions. <br />2.
