(e A ( ►) <br />Department of <br />Community Investment <br />Memorandum <br />April 25, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: David Relos, Economic Resources Associate <br />SUBJECT: Transfer Hotel La Salle Furniture to DTSB <br />In 2010, the Commission approved the removal of excess furniture and a general clean out <br />of the Hotel La Salle. This improved the sanitary condition of the Hotel, and allows <br />interested parties to see the actual size of the rooms. <br />When the clean out occurred, certain items were not removed, including miscellaneous <br />dining room style chairs and benches. Because DTSB holds public events in their lobby <br />area, this furniture could be put to active use as seating for those events. <br />DTSB has agreed to accept this furniture. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3136, to allow the transfer of this furniture to <br />DTSB. <br />227 W.
