There was a quorum present. <br />1. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursdav,_ <br />April 30, 1992. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 53 <br />approving the Official Statement relating to the issuance <br />of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 53 states the <br />Authority's intention to refund all of the bonds for the <br />parking garage in the amount not to exceed $4,695,000. <br />The Official Statement has been prepared and is in <br />substantially final form. The resolution also authorizes <br />publication of the Notice of Intent to Sell Bonds, which <br />will be published May 22 and May 29, 1992. Bidders will <br />be given a deadline by which to register and then they <br />-1- <br />
