Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The May 22, 1992, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority <br />was called to order at 1:38 p.m. by its President, Joseph <br />Wroblewski. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />• <br />Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, President <br />Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice-President <br />Mr. Donald Fewell, Secretary <br />Legal .Counsel: <br />Redevelopment Staff: <br />Media: <br />Others <br />2. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes <br />of the Special Meeting of Thursday, April 30, 1992. <br /> <br />3. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Richard A. Nussbaum III <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Office Manager <br />Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />Mr. Randy Rompola, Baker & Daniels <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursdav,_ <br />April 30, 1992. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 53 <br />approving the Official Statement relating to the issuance <br />of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 53 states the <br />Authority's intention to refund all of the bonds for the <br />parking garage in the amount not to exceed $4,695,000. <br />The Official Statement has been prepared and is in <br />substantially final form. The resolution also authorizes <br />publication of the Notice of Intent to Sell Bonds, which <br />will be published May 22 and May 29, 1992. Bidders will <br />be given a deadline by which to register and then they <br />-1- <br />
