Ax~groval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Nbnday, July 15, 1991. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gamnage and unanimo<asly <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />Nbnday, July 15, 1991. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Staff report on acquisition of property in the Airport Economic <br />Developxnetlt Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter offer in <br />the amrnuzt of $158,250 from Aileen Borough, David Borough and Richard <br />Borough for Parcel G in the Airport Ecananic Developanent Area. The <br />staff recam~ends accepting the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr.'Gammage and measly <br />carried, the Authority accepted the counter offer in the amount of <br />$158,250 for Parcel G in the Airport Economic Devela~ar~ent Area. <br />• Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter offer in <br />the amount of $135,500 from Gere Wendt an behalf of Wendt and Sons <br />for <br />-1- <br />
