SOUTH B@ <br />OS QJh��C /� /iM <br />Department of <br />Community Investment <br />Memorandum <br />March 28, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: David Relos, Economic Resources Associat4)46' <br />SUBJECT: Resolution 3130 and Addendum To Master Agency Agreement <br />913 Napier Demolition Project <br />Attached to this memorandum are Resolution 3130 and an Addendum To Master <br />Agency Agreement for the 913 Napier Demolition Project. <br />This Addendum is for the demolition of a vacant and abandoned residential structure <br />that is being transferred to the Board of Public Works (BPW) from the Northern Indiana <br />Historical Society (Center for History). In the past several years, the Center for History <br />has acquired properties in this block, in an effort to create a public green space where <br />activities for the community can gather. <br />Upon completion of the demolition project, this property will be transferred from the <br />BPW back to the Center for History, so their consolidation efforts in this block can <br />continue. <br />The estimated budget for this project is $15,000. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3130 and the Addendum To Master Agency <br />Agreement for the demolition of this property, in a not -to- exceed amount of $15,000. <br />227 W.
