Lafayette Demolition Project <br />Attached to this memorandum are Resolution 3129 and an Addendum To Master <br />Agency Agreement for the Hamilton 910 S. Lafayette Demolition's Project. <br />This Addendum covers the structure at the southeast corner of Lafayette and Sample. <br />This property was acquired with 802 S. Lafayette from Hamilton Towing in June 2012. <br />Date of possession for 910 S. Lafayette is April 30, 2013, and in an effort to clean and <br />clear this property, staff has been working with the City's Engineering Department to <br />prepare demo specs, quote the job, and oversee the work. <br />The estimated budget for this project is $75,000. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3129 and the Addendum To Master Agency <br />Agreement for the demolition of this property, in a not -to- exceed amount of $75,000. <br />227 W.
