'P & (I) <br />6pUT8 <br />4 Department of <br />w`f Community <br />Investment <br />Memorandum <br />Friday, March 22, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission, Board of Public Works <br />FROM: Jitin Kain <br />SUBJECT: Addendum to Master Agency Agreement- Studebaker Plaza Project <br />Attached is Resolution # 3132 and Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement for the Studebaker <br />Plaza Project in downtown South Bend. The Addendum authorizes the Board of Public Works to act <br />as the Redevelopment Commission's agent to execute the work for the project. <br />On March 14, 2013, the Redevelopment Commission approved a contract for services with Joseph <br />Dzierla & Associates to create construction and bidding documents for this project. The Board of <br />Public Works will be responsible for the public bidding and awarding of the project. <br />Staff requests approval of the attached Resolution #3132 and Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement for the Studebaker Plaza Project. <br />227 W.
