On <br /> July 10, the Common Council approved Declaratory Resolution No. 5039-23 for this abatement. <br /> The Council will now consider the Confirming Resolution. This petition package includes: <br /> • Department of Community Investment's summary report <br /> • Petition for abatement <br /> • Statement of Benefits form (SB-1 / Real Property) <br /> • Supporting information <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above-mentioned petition. The <br /> petitioner will construct 108 residential apartments, four(4) for-sale condo units, and <br /> approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space. The total private investment for the project is <br /> $31.5 million. <br /> The project meets the requirements established by Sections 2-79 et seq. and would qualify for a <br /> ten-year(10) mixed-use development real property tax abatement.
