.. ~. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 50 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />RELATING TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />.WHEREAS, the real estate identified at Attachment "A" hereto, <br />situated in the South Bend Central Development Area, is needed-and <br />considered useful by the South Bend Redevelopment Authority in <br />furtherance of the South Bend Central Development Plan adopted by the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the South. Bend Redevelopment Authority, pursuant to I.C. <br />36-7-14.5-12(a){4) is authorized to purchase and hold any real estate <br />needed or considered useful in connectian with any redevelopment <br />project or purpose of the South, Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />A•u.thority that the Director of Redevelopment of the City of South <br />Bend as agent for the South Bend Redevelopment Authority is <br />authorized and directed to cause a notice and final offer in writing <br />for the real estate to be made to the owner(s) identified at <br />Attachment "A" at the respective concurred-in price, also set for <br />that Attachment "A,11 which final offer shall include an invitation to <br />discuss the acquisition of owner`s property with the Department. of <br />.Redevelopment within thirty (30) days from mailing and notification. <br />Adopted at the Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority held on April 30, 1992 in the office of the Authority,. 1200 <br />County-City Building,- 227 West 3effersan Boulevard, South.
