Our firm has extensive experience providing local communities with effective and aesthetically pleasing pedestrian improvement projects and is excited to bring the same level of commitment to this project. To accomplish this, JPR has assembled a highly qualified team to successfully deliver all aspects of the project with the quality of work the City of South Bend expects from its consultants. As a designer, project manager, and construction inspector for various projects, Michael is prepared to provide a quality product and foresee potential conflicts before they become problematic.
