Because of the <br />complexity and scope of the Main - Lafayette Connector project, it was determined by the Engineering <br />Division that this project would be best served if an outside vendor provided construction inspection <br />services for the project. Lawson - Fisher Associates P.C., the project engineer, has submitted a not -to- <br />exceed proposal in the amount of $144,320.00, with a $110.00 /hour hourly rate, to provide these <br />services. There is an additional not -to- exceed $8,000.00 budget amount to cover submittal reviews <br />and plan modifications. The total project amount request is a not -to- exceed amount of <br />$152,320.00. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 3121 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />Main - Lafayette Connector - Construction Inspection Services Project. <br />227 W.
