Commftt*t Ztport: <br /> Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> tfjt common tottnti1 of tht ttty of iottt1 <br /> The April 10, 1995 meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> was called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Ann Puzzello at 3:55 P.M. in the <br /> Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Puzzello, Kelly, Slavinskas, <br /> Zakrzewski, Washington, Coleman, Duda, and Ladewski; Eugena Schwartz, Clarence <br /> Moseng,Don Porter, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 20-95 which is a alley vacation. <br /> Attorney Eugena Schwartz noted that the matter had not been heard by the Board of Public <br /> Works. In light of that she requested a continuance until the meeting of May 8, 1995. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 18-95 which is an alley vacation involving <br /> several allys near East Jefferson Blvd. Mr. Clarence Moseng the the facility supervisor for <br /> Teachers Credit Union made the presentation.He noted that all of the allys are black-topped <br /> except the one off St.Peters Street.TCU would like to maintain and repair all of the alleys <br /> and to bring them up to the standards of TCU. <br /> It was noted that the Board of Public Works sends the proposed vacation to the <br /> Council with a favorable recommendation (copy of the April 10, 1995 report attached). <br /> Following further discussion Council Member Kelly made a motion, seconded by. <br /> Council Member Duda, that Bill No. 18-95 be recommended favorably to Council.
