January 22, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: Don Inks <br />Investment <br />SUBJECT: Various Estoppels related to Multi -story Office Building at Northeast Corner of <br />Washington & Michigan <br />This property is currently owned by an out of town investment group and is being sold to another <br />investment group. The property is currently occupied by 151 Source Bank and several office tenants. <br />The Doubletree Hotel is a separate property and not a part of this transaction. The estoppels are to <br />provide the purchaser with information on the current status of various documents, including the <br />Ground Lease and Memorandum of Understanding among others.
