Olntntnttirr Erporl <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> Wo tilt Common (iounril of t1r mitt of Etouttj li tit h: <br /> The February 25, 1987, executive session of the Common Council was called to <br /> order by Council President Joseph Serge at 4:00 p.m. in the Council informal <br /> meeting roan. <br /> Persons in attendance included: Councilmen Serge, Braboy, Beck, Puzzello, <br /> Zakrzewski, Barcome, Paszek, and Voorde; Mr. Daniel W. Rudy of the Barnes <br /> and Thornburg law firm and member of the City Negotiating Team; Mr. Jon R. <br /> Hunt, Chairman of the City Negotiating Team; Mr. Michael L. Vance, member of <br /> the City Negotiating Team; and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Coontil Attorney <br /> and member of the City Negotiating Team. <br /> Council President Serge noted that the executive session was being held <br /> pursuant to the memorandum notice issued and posted February 23, 1987. He <br /> noted that the purpose of the executive session was to discuss collective <br /> bargaining strategy pursuant to I.C. , 5-14-1.5-6(2)(A) . <br /> The Council was briefed with regard to the current status of the response to <br /> the letter received from the Fraternal Otder of Police, South Bend Lodge #36 <br /> dated February 10, 1987. <br /> Discussion then took place among the Council and the Wage Team with regard <br /> to the collective bargaining strategy. <br /> It is hereby certified that no subject matter in the executive session other <br /> than the subject matter specified in the public notice dated February 23, <br /> 1987, was discussed. <br /> There being no further business to came before the Council, the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 4:25 p.m. <br /> • <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> AO <br /> JosepJ T.
