The location will be on the East Side <br />of Lafayette, North of Jefferson Blvd. <br /> <br />Enclosed is the permit authorizing you to park your vehicle, Kia Sorento, in the <br />corresponding parking space on the North Side of Jefferson Blvd., East of Lafayette. Please <br />be advised that you must always display the reserved handicap parking permit on your dashboard <br />when you are parked in the corresponding reserved handicap parking space. Also, please note <br />that this space is reserved as a handicap parking space only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />The fee for the Reserved Handicap Parking Permit will be Forty-Five Dollars ($45.00) <br />per month, made payable to the City of South Bend. Please submit your payment upon receipt <br />of this letter.
