SWEARING IN OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the Common Council has not made its 2013 appointments to the <br /> Commission. The Mayor has reappointed Ms. Marcia Jones and Mr. Gregory Downes to <br /> serve in 2013. Mr. John Stancati's term ends in May. Mr. John Voorde, City Clerk, <br /> administered the oath of office to Ms. Jones and Mr. Downes. <br /> Since Commissioners serve until they resign or a new Commissioner is named to replace <br /> them, Mr. Alford, Mr. Varner and Mr. Davis will continue to serve until they are reappointed <br /> or replaced. <br /> 3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously approved the <br /> Commission approved the following slate of officers. <br /> Marcia Jones, President <br /> David Varner, Vice-President <br /> Donald Alford, Sr., Secretary <br />
