DTSB has met most <br /> of the performance measures set forth by the City. <br /> The overall appearance of the garages and customer hospitality has improved greatly. DTSB has <br /> also successfully managed the complete automation of all three parking garages, as well as the new <br /> On-street handheld parking enforcement equipment. The City is in the process of installing new <br /> energy efficient lighting in the Main and Wayne St. garages, which DTSB will facilitate the installation. <br /> Staff is requesting approval to renew the agreement for an additional two years, commencing on <br /> February 1, 2013 and ending on January 31, 2015. <br /> 227 W.
