These five sites are: <br /> • The East Race between Colfax and La Salle <br /> • Water Works employee parking lot behind the Morris Civic <br /> • Semi-circle lot behind the Morris Civic and the Water Works building <br /> • Remnant parcels south of La Salle and east of St. Joseph streets <br /> • Woodward Court right-of-way <br /> Upon approval of this resolution, a resolution will be taken to the BPW to accept the <br /> properties, followed by deeds being prepared so the transfer can occur. <br /> Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3110, to allow the transfer of these 13 parcels <br /> from the Commission to the BPW. <br /> 227 W.
