These five sites are:
• The East Race between Colfax and La Salle
• Water Works employee parking lot behind the Morris Civic
• Semi-circle lot behind the Morris Civic and the Water Works building
• Remnant parcels south of La Salle and east of St. Joseph streets
• Woodward Court right-of-way
Upon approval of this resolution, a resolution will be taken to the BPW to accept the
properties, followed by deeds being prepared so the transfer can occur.
Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3110, to allow the transfer of these 13 parcels
from the Commission to the BPW.
227 W.
