" : y', • <br /> -` a\ ,..,-�� .a/,� Community Investment <br /> % l86s•r <br /> Memorandum <br /> Friday, December 07, 2012 <br /> TO: South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> FROM: Bill Schalliol <br /> • <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution 3098 & Amendment to the Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement <br /> Main/Lafayette Corridor Project - Supplement#7 <br /> Attached to this memorandum is Resolution 3098 and Amendment to the Addendum To Master <br /> Agency Agreement for the Main-Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement#7. <br /> The purpose of this supplement is to add funding in the amount of$147,000.00 to the professional <br /> service contract with Lawson-Fisher & Associates to cover additional survey services and additional <br /> design tasks associated with the final design of the Main-Lafayette project. The additional work <br /> involves design work associated with modification to drainage plans, revisions and modification to <br /> utility plans due to AEP and City utility conflict plan management, site and plat modification due to <br /> property acquisition from Carl Kay Memorials, Lock Joint Tube, Heraeus Kulzer, Wendy's, Caroline <br /> Partners and others.
