The city of South Bend’s Coal Line Trail, Phase I construction inspection project <br />will be a success with a construction management team who will bring solid communication skills, <br />recent trail experience, seamless construction coordination, and familiarity with the project area. <br />Burke has experience working for the city on challenging construction inspection projects. Our team <br />knows and understands your process. This knowledge, experience, and longstanding established <br />relationship provide us with the tools to avoid gaps or missteps in the construction management <br />process. <br />Our proposed subconsultant, Advanced Engineering Services (AES), completes our construction <br />management team and is a registered MBE/DBE.
