The properties, located at 1028 and 1104 N Eddy, were acquired <br />by the Redevelopment Commission as part of a six property purchase from the Housing Authority of South <br />Bend in 2010 to help facilitate the Triangle project. The other four properties acquired from the Housing <br />Authority were transferred previously to the NNRO during the platting process for the Triangle. The transfer <br />of these two properties were to have been part of the prior transfer, but were inadvertently omitted from <br />transfer resolution. <br />Staff requests commission approval of Resolution 3107. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
