The additional work involves design work <br />associated with modification to drainage plans, revisions and modification to utility plans due to AEP and City <br />utility conflict plan management, site and plat modification due to property acquisition from Carl Kay <br />Memorials, Lock Joint Tube, Heraeus Kulzer, Wendy's, Caroline Partners and others.
