Attached <br />to the Addendum is a copy of the professional services proposal from Christopher B. Burke <br />Engineering Ltd. to provide professional services for the design of the Fellows & Ireland intersection. <br />This design work will reflect the decision of the Redevelopment Commission on October 25th, which <br />authorized a modified Plan C -1 as the official direction for the Fellows St. project. The proposal <br />includes the following design services: <br />1. Adding a left turn lane on Fellows, North of Ireland Road and signal improvements <br />2. Sidewalk connectivity on both sides of Fellows, South of Walter <br />3. Study of traffic calming measures to slow traffic, and <br />4. Stopping sight distance study for the 3 -way stop sign on Fellows & Teri <br />The proposal from Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd. is for $39,700. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 3104 and the Amendment to the Addendum To Master <br />Agency Agreement for the Fellows Street Corridor Improvement Project — Supplement #4. <br />The next major professional service associated with this project will be right of way acquisition <br />services and it is anticipated that a proposal for that work will be presented to the Commission in the <br />coming weeks. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
