Indiana 46601 -1830 Phone 5741235-9371 Fox 574(235 -9021 <br />To: Redevelopment Commission, Board of Public Works <br />From: Bill Schalliol, AIDE <br />Subject: Resolution 3058 and <br />Amendment to the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement <br />Main- Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement #6 <br />Date: July 23, 2012 <br />Attached to this memorandum is Resolution 3058 and Amendment to the Addendum To Master <br />Agency Agreement for the Main - Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement #6. <br />The purpose of this supplement is to add funding to cover demolition services related to three <br />structures and related out buildings purchased for the Main - Lafayette Connector Project. The three <br />structures proposed for demolition are as follows: <br />4101 South Main Street (DeBuysser Parcel — residential structures) <br />• 4219 South Main Street (Mink Parcel — residential structures) <br />• 4043 South Michigan Street (Premier college of Cosmetology— commercial structure) <br />The Board of Public Works has sent Notice of Quote letters to area contractors and quotes are to be <br />opened by the Board on August 9th. Depending on prices received, the Board will award demolition <br />on the 14th of August. The project is scheduled to be completed by November and all sites will be <br />prepped for the winter season. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 3058 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />Main - Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement #6. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Differencel <br />
