�- C- ( CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION The City of South Bend, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission ") certifies that on March 25, 2003, by Quit Claim Deed (the "Deed ") recorded on March 26, 2003, as Document Number 0317955 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, the Commission conveyed to The Cooreman Real Estate Group, Inc. (the "Developer ") the real estate described at the time of transfer as set forth in EXHIBIT A attached, and now subdivided and known as a part of The Villas at Lake Blackthorn, Section One subdivision, as set forth in Exhibit B (the "Property") in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED SEE EXHIBIT `B" ATTACHED pursuant to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and provisions of a Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development (the "Contract ") dated March 25, 2003, recorded on March 26, 2003, as Document Number 0318021 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. The Developer has fully completed the improvements on the Property in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. This Certification is issued October 25, 2012, and is evidence of satisfaction of the provisions and covenants of the Contract and the Deed with respect to the obligations of the Developer to construct the improvements according to the terms and conditions therein. All terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and resolutions contained in the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
