Martin, Clerk <br />FROM:Becca Plantz,Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT:Resolution No. 31-2018Ratify Sections8 and9to the Standards <br />DATE:October 6, 2020 <br />Resolution No. 31-2018 was adopted by the Board of Public Works on June 26, 2018. The <br />resolution incorporated previously approved revisions to the Construction Standards and <br />Specifications. Section II of the resolutionclaimed,“Those additions to Exhibit A now <br />contemplated asSections 8 and 9 covering the subject matters of landscape, lighting, finishes <br />and fixtures, among other things, may be approved by the Board by motion at a future meeting <br />or meetings.” <br />TheEngineering Division, with the technical assistance of Lawson-Fisher Associates, P.C., has <br />recently completed Sections 8 and 9, Landscaping and Fixtures and Finishes, as mentioned as <br />an addition to the Construction Standards and SpecificationsinResolution No. 31-2018.
