The <br />advertising fees are $48.12, the co <br />fees are $10.00 and the cost of transferring and recording the property is $26.00. Please remit a <br />certified check made payable to the City of South Bend, in the amount of $1,244.12 total. <br />Enclosed please find the Purchase Agreement.
