AUGUST 28, 1981 WERE <br />APPROVED <br />3. APPROVAU OF CLAIMS <br />Mr. Nimtz placed Mr. Robinson in the chair due to claims <br />for Sou hold'fleritage Foundation and the Indiana Land- <br />marks Foundation. Mr. Nimtz cannot approve these claims <br />as he is a member of their respective boards. <br />On a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Cira and CLAIMS APPROVED <br />unanimo sly carried, the claims totalling $65,804.47 <br />were allowed and ordered to be paid.
