Zimmerman <br />Mr. Nimtz: The Chair finds himself to be the only Commissioner present, and therefore <br />finds the absence of a quorum. The only business we can conduct officially is for <br />Mr. Ellis n, and myself to sign claims, and to set the date for the next meeting. <br />The Chair having polled certain members of the Commission finds that we may not have <br />a quorum possible next Friday, therefore, the Chair, by its own direction, sets <br />the next ommission meeting for a regular meeting on October 20, 1978, at 10:00 A.M. <br />ADJOURNMENT. <br />
