The Addendum will provide $16,000 for curb & sidewalk repair at two <br />I locations. <br />The first r pair project is at the southwest corner of Michigan and Wayne Street in front of the new location <br />of Ciao's estaurant. The are several sections of broken brick banding and a couple curb sections that need <br />to be reel ced before the area is safe for patron activity in front of the restaurant area. <br />The second repair project is on Wayne Street immediately west of the Wayne & St. Joe Garage in front of the, <br />Library Bar. DTSB and the City have been working with the property on fagade upgrades and the repair work <br />will repair some broken walk sections, remove a driveway approach, and repair damaged GFI receptacle <br />units in the tree grates. <br />The timetne for this work is to open quotes with the Board of Public Works on September 25th and get the <br />work com leted in October. <br />Staff requ�sts approval of Resolution 3076 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the DTSB <br />Curb & Si ewalk Repair Project. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
