APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Commission unanimously approved the regular MINUTES APPROVED <br />minutes of October 3, 1968, subject to date change, on <br />Page 8. October 15, 1968, should be changed to: <br />"October 17, 1968" -- which is the date of this meeting. <br />The ninutes of the Special Meeting, dated Septem- <br />ber 24,.l968, were approved, on motion by Mr. Kompar, <br />seconded bv Mr. Helmen. <br />1 - <br />
