Wiggins, vice-president. <br />Commissioners present and answering to roll call: <br />Donald A. Wiggins, Vice -- President <br />William J. Brown <br />Frank G. Koczan <br />Abse t: James G. Louis, President <br />Fred J. Helmen, Secretary <br />Also presents Mrs.. Janet Allen,Common Council Member <br />Mrs. Josephine Curtis, Secretary, Board of Trustees <br />Edgar Seybold, Civic Planning Association <br />Mrs. Nancy Kavadas, South Bend Tribune Reporter <br />Fred G. Cecchi, City Plannin#ssociates, Inc. <br />Zano Vannoni, City Planning Associates, Inc. <br />Staff: Carl R. Nowak, Assistant Director <br />Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, LPA Counsel <br />I. MINUTES <br />Minutes of the meeting held June 4, 1964 were read and approved, <br />on motion by Mr. Koczan, and seconded by Mr. Brown. <br />II. APPROVAL OF OPTIONS <br />On motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved options in the Chapin Street Project Indiana <br />R-29 ea on the following parcels: 2--23, 1 -15, 3 -24, 6--8, 3.26, 4 -7, <br />1-12, 1--1, and 4-4. <br />III. (APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />On mo. <br />the Ci <br />$112,.' <br />ion by,Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Brown, and unanimously passed, <br />mmission approved the following claims for payment totaling <br />88.44: <br />-1- <br />
