Baer, Attorney <br />Mr. Chester Muszynski, City "ouncilman <br />Mr. Joseph T. Kroll, City Councilman <br />The Public earing was opened by Mr. Fred J. Helmen, President, who explained <br />the purpose f the hearing and read the public notice regarding it. <br />No written r monstrances or objections were filed, nor were there any oral objections <br />to the project. <br />A number of ersons in the audience of about fifty asked questions, generally about the <br />timing of various steps in carrying out the project. They were told by members of the <br />Commission that purchasing of properties would begin, probably, in the Fall of this <br />year and take until sometime in 1962 to complete. They were also assured that they <br />would be given sufficient time after purchase to find suitable standard rehousing; that <br />aid in finding housing would be available from the Commission's Relocation Field Office <br />to be opened in the project area sometime in July. <br />-1- <br />
