Office of the City Clerk <br />John Voorde, City Clerk <br />February 26, 2008 <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />FROM: JOHN VOORDE, CITY CLERK <br />RE: SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 3, 2008 <br />The South Bend Common Council has called a special meeting of the Council on <br />Monday, March 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the College Football Hall of Fame, 111 <br />S. St. Joseph, South Bend, Indiana 46601, for the sole purpose of hearing the Mayor's <br />Annual Address. <br />The South Bend Common Council announces that Mayor Stephen Luecke will address <br />the Council pursuant to the provisions of South Bend Municipal Code §2-3.1 to give the Mayor's <br />Annual Address to the Council.
