Get Ordinance to cover all phones need. <br />February 28th., 19210 <br />Board of Public Works, <br />South Bead, Indiana. <br />Gentlemen: - <br />Exception has been taken by State Board -of Accounts in regard to paying <br />out of City funds, for telephones in homes of Officers and Employes of the City. <br />An appropriation by ordinance covering the payment and installation of these, <br />phones should be made by the Council, also all phones not absolutely necessary for the <br />proper conducting of the City's business should not be allowed. <br />I would thank you to give this matter your earliest attention and present <br />an ordinance to the Council Appropriating the necessary funds -and -approval of the inst&114- <br />ti'on of telephones. <br />Very truly yours, <br />FILED J.
