The Commission took <br />possession of the property on August V and this demolition will clear the building, remove the remainder of <br />the fencing and grub the undergrowth on the site. The proposed future use of the parcel is for a substation <br />location to support the Renaissance District, but since a final site plan has not yet been set the demolition <br />will only clean and clear the site and not address curbs, walks or other site elements. <br />The staff is working with the Engineering Department to put a quote package out for demolition. The City <br />quote limit is $75,000 and staff is asking for a total project budget of $90,000 to cover any unforeseen <br />expenses on the site demolition. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
