Both lots are next to <br />properties with houses on them, and can be combined with those houses when sold. <br />Like the other HDC properties, these lots are titled in the name of the Redevelopment <br />Authority (Authority), and need to be transferred to the Commission for disposition <br />purposes. <br />A resolution authorizing this transfer was approved by the Authority on July 18, 2012. Once <br />both bodies have approved their resolutions, deeds will be prepared to transfer these lots in <br />to the Commission's name. <br />Resolution No. 3050 approves the acceptance of these lots from the Authority, thereby <br />allowing their eventual disposition. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3050. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
