This vault is in a deteriorated condition, is a safety hazard, and <br />is currently roped off, closing most of this busy sidewalk. <br />The vault opens into the adjacent building's basement. To correct this problem, the vault <br />needs to be walled off from the rest of the basement, then filled with flowable fill, and the <br />sidewalk replaced. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3054 and the Master Agency Agreement <br />Addendum with the Board of Public Works, for the Fat Daddy's Sidewalk Repair project, in <br />a not -to- exceed amount of $30,000. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
