This <br />Addendum covers the six remaining properties with structures on them, in addition to the <br />many vacant lots and tree lawns that have not yet been cleared of miscellaneous trees and <br />concrete pads, drives, sidewalks, etc. <br />It is estimated that the total cost of this project will be $100,000, which includes asbestos <br />abatement prior to demolition, and demolition and property clearance. <br />Staff requests your approval of this project, in a not -to- exceed amount of $100,000. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
