After nearly 9 years of planning and design, the project will go out to bid with a <br />bid opening date of May 22, 2012. The engineer's estimate is $4.3 million for the entire project but <br />several alternates bid items have been created to help give flexibility when reviewing the bids and <br />making an award. This project will take all available South Side TIF funds from budget year 2012 to <br />to pay for this project. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 3023 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />Main - Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement #5. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
